To be able to use my skills to stand up for injured Australians who are unable to stand up for themselves has been the biggest motivation behind my decision to pursue a career in personal injury law. My role as a Personal Injury Solicitor at Alliance Compensation & Litigations Lawyers allows me to do this and so much more.
I began working at Alliance in 2019 even before I was admitted as a Solicitor. Before being admitted I wasn’t quite sure what area of law I wanted toa practice however, I was particularly interested in torts while studying at university, so I took the leap to start with the area of personal injury law. Since starting at Alliance first as a Paralegal and then as a Junior Solicitor my career has really progressed. With extensive experience and skill development I have been able to progress becoming an Associate at Alliance.
I’ve been lucky enough to achieve some wonderful outcomes for client’s particularly in the areas of workers compensation and total and permanent disability claims.
Most of our clients have suffered serious and sudden injuries. Being upfront and transparent is one of my key responsibilities to clients. I take pride in ensuring that clients understand what they should expect during the compensation process without any nasty surprises.
My biggest career highlight has been being able to see the look on a client’s face when I am able to deliver a result that far exceeds their expectations. This is what I strive to achieve for each client. At Alliance we really do work as an Alliance. I’m a great believer in teamwork and working with like-minded colleagues who are always willing to offer assistance is extremely encouraging.
When I am not at work, my family is my passion and building memories with my husband and son is what I love to do. I also enjoy everything outdoors and being surrounded by nature.
